The suggested retail price for all Waterford Crystal in
our retail store shop and in all retail outlets in the Republic
of Ireland is identical. Please remember, however, that
there may be an opportunity for tax / VAT savings so, please

| Will
Waterford ever discontinue any of its stemware patterns? |
|
With the exception of special edition collections, such
as Millennium, Waterford never discontinues a pattern from
our classic stemware range. However, we may retire it, which
means it remains available as a special order that is manufactured
as soon as sufficient orders have accumulated.
Delivery
could be six month to two years from the initial request
and confirmation of the price will have to come from the
factory. Best-selling patterns, because of their popularity,
are one of the soundest guarantees of availability and longevity.

may I purchase a retired Waterford stemware pattern?
|

You may order the pieces through any of our authorised Waterford
retailers, or simply ask our Sales assistants in the Visitor
Centre.

I purchase, may I have my products shipped home? |
|
Yes, we can ship your products home. There is a small charge
to cover the cost of freight and insurance, which will be
advised to you by our Sales Assistants.

| Is
all your crystal manufactured in Waterford? |
|
All products are designed at Waterford and all products
must pass our strict Quality standards inspection. Some
products such as the Marquis by Waterford Collection are
made in Slovenia and Germany.
All of our products are clearly labelled with the country
of manufacture and over 90% of the crystal products displayed
in the Visitor Centre are manufactured in Waterford.

All Waterford crystal displayed in department stores or
gift shops represents the labour intensive efforts of our
skilled artisans with decades of hands on experience behind
them, ingredients of the highest quality and components
of the finest workmanship, and an international reputation

you consider all that is Waterford, it’s more remarkable
that Waterford Crystal is accessible and affordable to so
many.
