What would I see on your Factory Tour?

We have designed the Waterford Crystal factory tour so that you can see the process of crystal production close up, almost through the eyes of the artisans. The tour begins with a dramatic audiovisual experience of the Millennium Ball in Times Square - after that, you go through to the five main stages of our process: Blowing, Cutting, Quality Inspection, Sculpting, Engraving.
