You'll be spoilt for choice shopping at Waterford Crystal. Here you will find the world's largest display of Waterford Crystal as well as giftware, craft and jewellery collections. Our retail store includes world famous names such as John Rocha at Waterford, Jasper Conran at Waterford, Stuart Crystal, Marquis by Waterford and Wedgwood. Other facilities you can avail of are Global Refund automated on site (Tax Back) and a World Wide Shipping Service.

Our restaurant provides the perfect location for refreshments while you relax and consider your favourite pieces. Take advantage of our Tourist Information Centre where you will discover many more fabulous things to do and see in this stunning South East region of Ireland. The Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre is located 2 miles from the city centre on the N25 Cork Road.

Factory Tour:

November & December	9.00 am – 3.15 pm*	Mon - Fri

* Last tour commences at 3.15pm & 4.15pm sharp as above

Christmas opening hours:

The Visitor Centre will close at 5pm on the 23rd December and will re open from 9.30am to 5.00pm on the 28th, 29th and 30th December. The Visitor Centre will then return to normal opening hours from the 2nd January 2009.
